AmCham Awards J. Od, President of MCS Group, with “2015 Business Leadership Award”
ULAANBAATAR, Mongolia – The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Mongolia awarded its 2015 Business Leadership Award to Mr. J. Od, President of MCS Group. This distinguished award was announced and presented at AmCham’s Fourth Anniversary Celebration at the Shangri-La Hotel on Friday, June 5, 2015. The event convened over 250 of AmCham’s members and special guests including U.S. Ambassador Piper Anne Wind Campbell, and Jackson Cox, Chairman of AmCham Mongolia and the Asia Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce. This annual award recognizes a leader in the business community who displays a commitment to promoting private sector growth, job creation, and free market principles.
Magnai Ganzorig, Vice Chairman of AmCham Mongolia presented the award and noted that the “AmCham’s Board of Directors are very proud to be presenting this award tonight to Mr. Od, President of MCS Group for his leadership in introducing international best practices and developing innovative strategies that promote Mongolia’s democratic and economic development.”
Mr. J. Od, President of MCS Group, accepting the award during the ceremony and commented that “it’s a great honor for me to receive the award from such a prestigious organization like AmCham Mongolia. This award is an acknowledgement of our contribution to make this country a better place to live.”
