Legal Committee year-end meeting (2024)
AmCham Mongolia's Legal Committee met today to review our achievements and set goals for the upcoming year, led by Committee Chairwoman Ms. Ariuntuya. Throughout this year, the Legal Committee has been working on a number of relevant pieces of legislation, including the draft Investment Law and the Minerals Law. AmCham Mongolia is committed to improving the investment climate in 2025, ensuring a free-market economy driven by the private sector, fostering greater ties between the U.S. and Mongolia, and helping our members find meaningful opportunities to grow and strengthen their businesses. We value the active engagement of our members, SnowHill Consultancy LLP, MahoneyLiotta LLP, and Badrakh Energy, as well as the insightful remarks made by the U.S. Embassy in Mongolia.
