AmCham Mongolia's Doorknock 2025 Mission: Day Three briefing
The day began with a meeting at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where discussions continued on recent developments surrounding the new administration’s trade policies and collaborative paths forward. AmCham Mongolia values its longstanding partnership with the Department, including co-hosting certified trade missions to Mongolia that promote commercial ties between our two countries.
Later, the delegation met with Congresswoman Dina Titus, Co-Chair of the Congressional Mongolia Caucus, at her Capitol Hill office. The conversation focused on revitalizing the important role of Congress in strengthening U.S.–Mongolia bilateral relations.
Another key engagement at Capitol Hill included a meeting with the House Democracy Partnership (HDP), a bipartisan commission of the U.S. House of Representatives. The HDP supports U.S. economic and security interests by fostering transparent and effective governance in strategic regions. Its partnership with Mongolia, including with the Mongolian Parliament, aims to advance accountability and legislative development.
The Doorknock concluded with a networking reception, providing an opportunity to reflect on the outcomes of the mission and to celebrate the collective efforts of all involved.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all delegates for their enthusiasm, commitment, and support throughout this year’s Doorknock.
