AmCham Mongolia Meets Prime Minister Zandanshatar to Strengthen Investment & Private Sector Growth
ULAANBAATAR, Mongolia – July 23, 2025 – The American Chamber of Commerce in Mongolia (AmCham Mongolia) expressed strong support for Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav’s strategic agenda to invigorate private sector development and accelerate investment inflows, following a high-level courtesy meeting held at the Government Palace.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Zandanshatar welcomed a delegation of senior AmCham executives and engaged in constructive dialogue centered around Mongolia’s evolving business landscape. Topics included opportunities for investment, tax reform, and targeted initiatives to modernize the regulatory framework.
Both parties underscored a shared determination to cultivate a business and investment-friendly environment—seen as a cornerstone of Mongolia’s broader economic revival. The Prime Minister shared that the Government is in the process of drafting a comprehensive legislative package designed to attract capital, promote transparency, and strengthen Mongolia’s increasingly diversified economy.
AmCham Mongolia’s Board reaffirmed its commitment to championing investor protections and transparent governance, key components of a thriving commercial ecosystem.
