AmCham Mongolia’s Position Paper on Aligning Corporate Transparency with International Standards & Practices
Through its Financial Services Committee, AmCham Mongolia has developed this policy paper on Corporate Transparency and Financial Reporting. The main purpose of the policy paper is to make proposals and provide inputs for an improved reporting of corporate institutions about their performance, strategy, shareholders, sustainability and other issues considered in international standards and best practices, especially for publicly listed companies in Mongolia. The content of this document has been prepared by members of AmCham Mongolia’s Financial Service Committee and primarily authored by Jelena Pesic (PwC) and Evaldas Grendas (EY) under the responsibility of Erik Versavel (ING) Chairman of the Financial Services Committee.
